A SPREE on services
"Servicizing" – a new concept to make services and resources more efficient – is filtering through the world alongside the awareness that we need to reduce our carbon footprint. The concept has now been "packaged" in an EU project, SPREE, in which JIIS plays an active role.

Calling for greater environmental liability
Israeli liability law, until quite recently, has not extended to the environmental sphere, to say the least. A JIIS Environmental Policy Center project, conducted by Dr. Orr Karassin with economist Dr. Anat Natan, has been examining why this is so and building a set of recommendations on how to remedy the situation.

דרושה חבות סביבתית
עד לאחרונה ההתייחסות לתחום הסביבה בדיני החבות בישראל הייתה מועטה. המרכז למדיניות סביבתית במכון ירושלים יזם מחקר רחב היקף שכותרתו "חבות סביבתית במשפט הפרטי" שנערך על-ידי המשפטנית ד"ר אור קרסין והכלכלנית ד"ר ענת נתן. המחקר בחן את הסיבות לכך שנושא הסביבה נעדר משיח החבות ומציע המלצות למדיניות כיצד לתקן את המצב שנוצר.

The TKA has a seating capacity of up to 150 and a separate conference room for up to 20 participants. The JIIS is located in the heart of Jerusalem's Rehavia neighborhood, just 3 minutes walk from the President's Residence.

אולם טדי קולק נחנך בשנת 1999, ומאז הוא משמש את המכון לכנסים שהוא עורך, כמו-גם לפגישות, סמינרים וישיבות.
האולם שוכן בקומת הקרקע של המכון, וכולל חדר סמינרים המכיל כ-20 מקומות ישיבה סביב שולחן, ואולם כנסים המכיל כ-150 מקומות ישיבה.
