NATCONSUMERS' Project: Request for articles
Dear members of the NATCONSUMERS' community,

We hope this email finds you well.

Our project is now beginning its research activities. More specifically, we will start with reviewing literature and gathering evidence of previous consumer segmentation studies in order to establish the state-of-the-art in the field.

In order to gather more evidence and cover more markets, we would welcome your assistance in helping to identify previous studies and reports.

We would therefore appreciate it if you took some time and identified any relevant studies or articles, which you think would be useful for this review. The aim of our segmentation will be to provide some insight into how best to communicate with different energy users, based on their social and attitudinal characteristics. Relevant previous studies therefore need not be confined to the energy sector, they could also cover broader market research looking into how to effectively communicate messages to different types of people.

Types of studies, which would be useful include:
-      Studies of how different social factors influence energy use,

-      Segmentation studies or classifications of consumers based on energy use,

-      Segmentation studies or classifications of consumers based on attitudes towards the environment,

-      Market research segmentation studies looking into how to communicate with different types of people.

Studies can cover any country (or multiple countries).

When sending articles to me, please indicate in the title of the file: the title, date and language of the report/article/study to allow us to keep track of the documents and help to organise the review.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us some information by the end of next week to keep with our schedule.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

We thank you in advance for your time and effort.
Best regards,
