1st Workshop: Get the Presentations 

On September 3rd, the consortium held the 1st project workshop "THE LANGUAGE OF ENERGY" in Oslo. The workshop brought high-level experts together to work on key issues:

• Establishing an overview for all participants of differences in the consumption patterns, behaviour and use in the four European Regions; South, East West/Central and North
• Establishing a structure for defining European Energy Consumers' consumptions patters, behaviour and usage
• Identifying main barriers of customer engagement into energy related topics
• Consolidating the path to establishing a Natural Language for Promoting Energy Consumers' Sustainable Behaviour
