Instructions for logging on to the Blackboard webinar
"Teaching Elementary Hebrew: What can we Learn from the Research?"

Step 1: Downloading and installing the Blackboard Launcher
After clicking on the link to the webinar itself - Link to Webinar, the instructions for downloading and installing the Launcher will appear:
The file is quite big, so you will need several minutes to download it. After you have done so, you need to install the file. You will find an instruction video for the installation at the following link: instruction video (Although the video is in Hebrew, the various stages are explained in it.)
It is highly recommended that you download and install the Launcher some time prior to the webinar. If it is already installed, you can simply click on: Launch Blackboard Collaborate Now.
On the page that opens, you will be asked to identify yourself. Enter your name as you want it to appear:
Opening the page can take a minute or slightly longer, but eventually you will get in.
There is also an instruction video for entering the webinar itself that clearly describes each stage. (Once again, it is in Hebrew).

IMPORTANT! You should try to enter the webinar several days in advance in order to avail yourself of the support offered, should you encounter any difficulties!
