BINA Curriculum and Materials for Israel's 70th
_____-______(1)
Israeli Learn, Reflect and Celebrate Israel with BINA's "We Declare" Curriculum

"We Declare" is a project developed by BINA scholars and educators to engage Israelis of diverse ages and backgrounds to explore: What does it mean for Israel to be a Jewish AND democratic state in the 21st century?

"We Declare" applies traditional Jewish Talmud study methods to Israel's Declaration of Independence, using the Declaration as a lens to explore deeper questions of Judaism, democracy and identity.

What was the vision of those who established the State of Israel 70 years ago? Is that vision still relevant for today? What is our vision for the next 70 years?

Communities can use the curriculum on their own, or with the support of a BINA scholar-educator.
