צומת רחל אמנו והל"ה
לאחר פניות רבות של תושבי קטמון, עיריית ירושלים אגף תושי"ה בליווי של מנהל קהילתי גינות העיר קידמה תכנון מחודש של הצומת. שתי חלופות הוצגו לציבור במפגש בצומת במאי 2021 והוחלט לאמץ את החלופה עם יותר עצים ופיתוח. התכנית יצאה לביצוע במרץ 2022. היום העבודות לקראת סיום וריבוד הצומת ורחוב משמר העם. העבודות המשלימות כוללות בקשות לשיפורים נקודתיים ע"י תושבי השכונה.

Rachel Imenu Ha"LH Junction
Upon residents' request, the Municipality, accompanied by Ginot Ha'ir advanced the redesign of the junction. Two alternatives were discussed with the public in May 2021 and one was adopted. Work included new parking, planting and seating. Small improvements were requested by the residents during construction.

בית קפה בגן השושנים
לבקשת תושבי השכונה הניעה עיריית ירושלים תהליך תיכנון לשיפוץ הגן וחידושו תוך שיתוף הציבור ובליווי אדריכל שימור.
בהזדמנות זו גם הועלה רעיון ע"י האגף לקידום עסקים בעירייה להקמת בית קפה קטן במבנה הגנן.
תהליך שיתוף הציבור נעשה באמצעות פלטפורמה של חברת פוקוז בין התאריכים 17/2/2022 ל-10/3/2022 .שיתוף הציבור הובא לידיעת הציבור במגוון קבוצות ווטסאפ, בקבוצות פייסבוק, במודעות שניתלו באזור גן השושנים ובהתארגנויות של מתנגדים ותומכים.
במשאל השתתפו 527 תושבי ירושלים מתוכם הצביעו בעד: 293. בעקבות תוצאות שיתוף הציבור, המנהל המליץ על הקמת בית קפה ב"בית הגנן" בגן השושנים, בכפוף למסמך ההגדרות ובכפוף להערות הציבור.

A cafe in Rose Garden
At the request of Talbie residents, the Municipality initiated the planning towards the renovation of the Rose garden (Gan Ha'shoshanim), with the participation of the public (Ginot Ha'ir and residents) and overseen by a conservation architect.
The renovation of the garden triggered an idea presented by the Municipality, which included renovating the gardener's storage and public toilets and turning it into a small cafe, combined with public toilets.
Ginot Ha'ir initiated a public participation process using the new POCOZ platform, which was opened to the public for consultation and vote between the 17/2/2022 and 10/3/2022.
527 residents participated in the poll, of which 293 voted in favor of a cafe in the park. The decision was conveyed to the Municipality for further processing.

שיתו"צ בגן סן סימון: תובנות ראשונות
במסגרת שדרוג והנגשת גן סן סימון ע"י עיריית ירושלים ורובע אורנים, המינהלים הקהילתיים גינות העיר וגוננים קיימו שיתוף ציבור ב-13/2/2022 ומיד אחרי נפתח שאלון לשיתוף הציבור שבו התושבים הציעו רעיונות לשיפור הגן, המרחבים, התשתיות והמתקנים. רעיונות התושבים יועברו לאדריכל שמתכנן את הגן, וישפיעו באופן משמעותי על התכנון. השאלון נשאר פתוח עד ה-10/3/2022 והשתתפו בו 534 תושבים ותושבות. דגש עירוני מרכזי לשדרוג הינו הנגשת הגן והמתקנים שישרתו גם בעלי צרכים מיוחדים.

Public Participation in San Simon Park: first results
Within the framework of the upgrade and accessibility of San Simon Park by the Municipality and the Oranim District, Ginot Ha'ir and Gonenim community councils held a public participation event on 13/2/2022 and immediately after issued a questionnaire where residents were invited to suggest ideas for improving the garden, specific areas, facilities and infrastructure. The responses will guide the park planning. The questionnaire remained open until 10/3/2022, with responses by 534 residents.

תכניות בגבעת רם: שיתו"צ
עפ"י בקשת תושבי ניות ב2/3/22 התקיים מפגש תושבים על שתי תכניות מקודמות ע"י רמ"י בגבעת רם ליד שכונת ניות. את התכנית הציג משרד אדריכלים ארי כהן אחראים על תכנון שתי התכניות. במפגש השתתפו כ-60 משתתפים, כולל צוות המכננים, נציגים של מנהל קהילתי גינות העיר, נציגי וועד ניות, נציגים של הפורום אורבני ניות ותושבי ניות.
מדובר על תכניות מס' 979070 קרוב לתחנת הדלק בגבעת ם ועל תכנית מס' 0920546 על חניון קוסל בגבעת רם.

Public Participation on plans in Givat Ram
At the request of Nayot residents, on March 2, 2002, a public participation meeting was held with residents, planners and Municipality representatives was held to present two plans in Givat Ram near Nayot. The plans were presented by Ari Cohen Architects in charge of their planning. Nearly 60 residents joined the planners, Ginot Ha'ir, the Nayot Committee and Nayot Urban Forum.
The plans include no. 0979070 close to the gas station in Givat Ram and plan no. 0920546 on the Kosel parking lot in Givat Ram.
Plan no. 0979070 was discussed by the local committee on 10/4/22.

תכנית תנועה חדשה בדרום קטמון
שכונת דרום קטמון (מחיזקהו המלך ועד בן זכאי ומאלעזר המודעי ועד דוסתאי) בהתחדשות. במקביל מקודמת תכנית להסדרי תנועה וחניה בשהונה ע"י אגף תושי"ה ובליווי מנהל קהילתי גינות העיר. במסגרת קידום התכנית התקיימו מספר שיתופי ציבור בין 2019 ועד 2021. לאור ביטול מספר רב של חניות במסגרת התכנית, נציגים של התושבים החליטו לעצור את התכנית ולקדם מהלך שכונתי לטווח קצר ובשלים: שינויים קלים ומיידים ללא שינויים גיאומטריים ואחרי 9 חודשים הערכת השינויים ובחינת תיקונים ו/או שיפורים נקודתיים. בהמשך עם קידום תכניות פינוי בינוי וביצוע הפקעות, בניית חניונים תת קרקעיים וכו, לקדם תכנון הסדרי תנועה לטווח ארוך. ב-8/3/22 נערך סיור בשטח על מנת לסכם את המתווה המוסכם בין התושבים לבין העירייה בהשתתפות נציגי השכונה והמינהל, גורמי העירייה ומתכנן תנועה. בסיור נבחנו נקודות בעייתיות והוצעו פתרונות נקודתיים (חלק פשוטים וחלק דורשים שינוי גיאומטרי נקודתי). הנושא לקראת אישורים עקרוניים ובהמשך נקיים שיתוף ציבור להצגת המתווה המוצע לתושבי דרום קטמון.

New traffic plan in southern Katamon
The southern Katamon neighborhood is undergoing a process of urban renewal. In parallel, a plan for new traffic and parking arrangements is being promoted by the Municipality and accompanied by Ginot Ha'ir. To make the local community part of the plan, a number of public participation meetings took place between 2019 and 2021. Due to the fact that the plan proposed to cancel a large number of parking spots, the residents' representatives decided to divert the plan towards a short-term arrangement: light and immediate revisions without massive changes. After 9 months review and suggest improvements. In the long term, once urban renewal plans are realized with expropriations and underground parking spaces, then proceed in a long-term traffic arrangement. On 8/3/22 a site visit was conducted to summarize the proposed changes, reviewing problematic points and proposing localized solutions (some light and some require a geometric changes). The plan is in preparation towards preliminary approvals, then another public participation meeting will be held to present and discuss the proposal scheme to the residents of southern Katamon.

הסדרי חניה בצפון הפלמ"ח
עם סיום עבודות שיפוץ רחוב שופן, השתנה מאזן החניות ברחוב. אחרי פניה של תושבים העירייה והמינהל הקהילתי סיכמו על פתרון זמני של תו איזורי חדש 31 עבור תושבי שופן ותושבי צפון הפלמ"ח עד הסדר חניה לתו 31 לתושבי שופן, ולתושבי צפון הפלמ"ח עד צומת חלר"פ (מס' בית 20) וצומת הגדוד העברי (מס' בית 15). ההסדר כלל גם חניה רק עבור התושבים מ18:00 עד 8:00. בו זמנית, עם פתיחת החניון של התיאטרון, ניתן פתרון עבור באי התאטרון בחניון החדש. באפריל 2022 מנהל קהילתי גינות העיר יזם שיתוף ציבור של תושבי רחובות שופן וצפון הפלמ"ח להסדר חניה קבוע. הוצעו שלוש חלופות והתושבים הוזמנו להצביע בעד החלופה המועדפת.

Parking arrangement in the north of the Palmach
With the renovation of Chopin street, parking on the street changed. Ginot Ha'ir responded to residents' request for a solution - a temporary new parking area number 31 for Chopin and northern Palmach residents. Then a permanent arrangement was devised to include Chopin, and northern Palmach up to Harlap (No. 20) and Gdud Ha'ivri (No. 15). It included setting parking time only for residents from 18:00 to 8:00. Regarding Jerusalem theater visitors, the opening of the new parking lot provided needed parking spaces. The permanent proposal was presented to Chopin and northern Palmach street residents, and a voting platform was opened to choose among three alternative plans.
