Dear friends,

Salaam from Nazareth.

We pray this letter finds you well.

We are excited to share with you some recent highlights of our work in promoting peace in different ways among diverse communities, both locally and internationally.

We are grateful for your continued interest and support.
Leadership Development: “Discover Your Conflict Management Style”- Forum for Organizational Excellence
Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of leading a workshop titled "Discover Your Conflict Management Style" at the Forum for Organizational Excellence held in Netanya. One of the most remarkable aspects of the workshop was the diverse background of the participants. We were delighted to have individuals from various backgrounds, including Messianic Jews, Palestinian-Israelis, and internationals. The presence of different perspectives enriched the discussions and created a vibrant learning environment.

It was a joy to guide participants through activities that focused on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each conflict management style, allowing them to gain invaluable insights into their personal approach.

I was deeply touched to have the exceptional opportunity of having a sign language interpreter by my side, who skillfully translated from Hebrew into the fascinating beauty of sign language.
Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Initiative Conference: "What's Your Story?"
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to speak at the Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Initiative conference organized by Israel First Fruits near the shores of the sea of Galilee. The theme of the conference was "What's Your Story?" It was lovely to hear personal journeys of transformation from other women, both Messianic Jewish and Palestinian-Israeli.

In my presentation, I shared my journey from law school to the deputy head of the public prosecution office, followed by my pursuit of studies in reconciliation theology, ultimately leading me to discover my calling and establish the Peace Center.
I highlighted the inherent challenges and opportunities that arise when taking radical steps for peace.

In my talk, I emphasized how my understanding of the cross has been a guiding force in shaping my path. I underscored the significance of embracing the core values of acting justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God. These values, symbolized by the cross, are crucial in the pursuit of peace.
Theological Seminar on the War in Ukraine: Reconciliation and Restorative Justice - Eastern European Institute of Theology
Recently, I had the privilege of presenting a paper at the Theological Seminar on the War in Ukraine, organized by the Eastern European Institute of Theology. The seminar centered around the theme of "Biblical Theology of Reconciliation and Restorative Justice." Engaging with our fellow Christians in Ukraine and witnessing the difficult realities they endure amidst the ongoing war was a profoundly impactful experience. Their shared stories were both heart-wrenching and inspiring.

In the seminar, I spoke about “the potential of the Christian community in building peace in a divided world”. It was a humbling experience to contribute to the discussion and explore how the Christian community can play a transformative role in fostering peace, particularly in the context of the challenging circumstances Ukraine is currently facing.

We continue to pray for Ukraine, for those who are facing persecution, and for the ongoing growth of Ukrainian churches. May God guide the leaders in navigating their challenging situations.

Pray with us for a just and lasting peace between Palestinians and Israelis. May the hearts and minds of leaders and communities be guided by compassion, wisdom, and a sincere desire for peaceful coexistence.
Finally, I kindly ask for your prayers as I travel to Oxford next week for a month of intensive research. Your support in praying for guidance, safety, and fruitful outcomes is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your partnership and encouragement. Your support and engagement mean a lot to us.

Much love

Rula
