Passing on one's experience, a complex equation!

For the past 7 years I have been presenting on French and international stages to share my own life experiences. These strong moments of records and doubts allowed me to learn and "grow". One needs to be careful not to become a spectator of one's own images... especially when the Wow effect and the standing ovation on the spot is often the Holy Grail for many talented speakers. After this well-orchestrated ephemeral fireworks display that flatters one's ego, there is often not much left.

Personally, after emotional elevators and laughter, sometimes tears, I like a room that remains silent. Unable to ask a question in the first few minutes, as if suspended and needing a quiet time to assimilate and return to the present time. So much so that the Master of Ceremonies loses his or her words. I understand now what this means. I feel extremely touched by it  and I have the feeling to have done the job!

Sharing is impacting, to make people live and feel a unique experience ! Sharing your guts feeling with authenticity... anchoring strong messages that have meaning and make us grow.

These are the lessons that I draw from each of these dedicated conferences.

Do you want to effectively involve the people in your organization in future action plans?

This workshop is for you: it allows you to create relevant content and directly open up targeted operational actions. Thanks to a personalized use of the digital SparkUp tool, each brainstorming sequence is based on small groups and individual ideas to generate prioritized collective solutions.
NB: our second workshop is still relevant: "HOW TO APPROACH LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT IN AN EXTREME ENVIRONMENT?"

MY CRUSH

Sharing a stage with an exceptional
woman: Virginie Delalande

The first profoundly deaf lawyer in France, she has fun breaking through the barriers that society has regularly put in front of her. She was told over and over again that she would never speak, that she would never learn to read or write, that she would never graduate from high school, that she would never be happy, that she would never earn a good living with her disability... And yet...

Impressive to see how our life paths with Virginie, yet so different, come together on the universal human foundations of self-confidence and perseverance.

Thank you Gabs Draftsman for sketching us all so well!

Special thoughts for Eric Barone and Antoine Albeau who support me with all their energy and heart.

Huge thanks to our hosts Oasys Consultants, David Destoc, Claude Burette, Stéphanie Rodriguez, and our dear Eric BLOT @lespeakers.com
