IVC-LeumiTech Israeli Tech Review Q3/2022 is out now!

In a nutshell: In Q1–Q3/2022, Israeli high-tech companies raised $12.3 billion in 538 deals. In Q3/2022, $2.6 billion were raised in 143 deals. The numbers for the first nine months of 2022 show the extent of the slowdown in almost all parts of the Israeli tech economy, except in early-stage companies.

Number of M&A high tech exits with Israeli acquirers in Israel 2015-2022

According to the IVC Research Center, the number of M&A high-tech exits with Israeli acquirers in Israel amounted to 29 as of the third quarter of 2022. In 2021, the total exits reached 59, which was a slight rise compared to the preceding year. Overall, the number of exits increased between 2015 and 2021, with a few fluctuations.
