עם כניסתנו לשבוע השלישי של הלחימה, אנו מזכירים שאנו פה לצדכם ועבורכם, מחבקים ומחזקים, ומגבשים "שגרה" שתאפשר לנו לסייע לכם לקיים פעילות עסקית שוטפת, החשובה כל כך, גם לאיתנות המשק וגם ברמה האישית לכל אחד מאתנו.

שגרת המשלוחים הנוכחית כוללת:

טיסות יומיות עם משלוחי יבוא ויצוא מכל העולם.
שירותי האיסוף והמסירה פועלים בכל חלקי הארץ מלבד באזורים הסמוכים לאזורי לחימה.
עם זאת, יתכנו עיכובים גם באזורים אחרים על פי הנסיבות. אנו מובילים משלוחים ליעדיהם במהירות האפשרית, תוך שמירה על בטחון עובדינו ועל פי הנחיות פיקוד העורף.

לקבלת המידע העדכני ביותר על סטטוס משלוחים קיימים, ניתן לעקוב אחר החבילות באתר www.ship.co.il, באתר www.ups.com או באזור האישי באתר ה-Ship.
המשלוחים המושפעים יישאו קוד חריגה C5 - חירום.

As we enter the third week of war, we would like to remind you that we are here for you and at your service, embracing and giving strength. Here is some information about the current "routine" that enables us in assisting you to maintain regular business operation as much as possible.

Daily flights are operating to and from Israel.
Delivery and pick-up services operate in all areas of Israel except in proximity to war zones.
However, delays may occur in other parts of the country due to changing circumstances. We are moving shipments to their destinations as quickly as it is safe to do so.

For the most up-to-date information on the status of shipments, customers can track a parcel on ups.com or www.ship.co.il.
Impacted shipments will have the exception code C5-Emergency.
