Le programme PAUSE permet d’accueillir et d’intégrer en France des scientifiques étrangers qui ne peuvent plus mener leurs activités dans leur pays d’origine, où ils sont exposés à des risques majeurs. Depuis 2019, l’ABG est partenaire du programme PAUSE et œuvre à l’insertion professionnelle des lauréats - des docteurs et chercheurs internationaux hautement qualifiés. Dans cette entretien, Laura Lohéac, Directrice du programme PAUSE, et Vincent Mignotte, Directeur de l’ABG, reviennent ensemble sur leur collaboration et son avenir.

The PAUSE Program has made it possible to host and integrate in France foreign researchers who can no longer carry out their activities freely in their country of origin, where they are exposed to major risks. Since 2019, ABG has been a partner of PAUSE and has contributed to the integration and career development of the laureates, who are highly qualified international PhDs. In this interview, Laura Lohéac, Executive Director of the PAUSE program, and Vincent Mignotte, Executive Director of ABG, look back together at their collaboration and reflect on its future.
