Laure Roupioz, docteur en sciences de la géo-information, travaille aujourd'hui en tant qu’ingénieure de recherche en télédétection au sein de l’ONERA. Elle a parcouru un long chemin, notamment grâce à son expérience de mobilité internationale aux Pays-Bas. Elle nous raconte cette aventure scientifique et humaine.

ABG lance la deuxième session de ses webinaires "Focus métiers - hors R&D" organisés par le Pôle Relations Entreprises, Partenariats et Recrutement. Cette deuxième session sera consacrée aux métiers de la communication scientifique et médicale. Le webinaire se déroulera en français, mais il comprendra les témoignages et les conseils des docteurs travaillant dans différentes organisations internationales et dans un contexte international.

Association Marie Curie Alumni : Le lien mentor-mentoré aide à gérer la santé mentale pendant le doctorat
Travailler sur son doctorat peut être intimidant, accablant, isolant et même frustrant. L'initiative de mentorat REFERENT de l'AMCA aide les doctorants à trouver un soutien par les pairs en matière de santé mentale en les mettant en relation avec des mentors de l'AMCA. Cette initiative permet aux étudiants d'accéder à un mentor plus expérimenté qui a traversé des défis de santé mentale potentiellement similaires.

Marie Curie Alumni Association: Mentor-mentee bond helps manage mental health during your PhD
Working on your PhD can be daunting, overwhelming, isolating, and even frustrating. The MCAA REFERENT mentoring initiative is helping PhD students find mental health peer support by matching them with MCAA mentors. This initiative allows students to access a more senior experienced mentor who has been through potentially similar mental health challenges.

Programme de recherche conjoint "Excellence Science" entre le CNRS et l’Université de Tokyo
Le CNRS et l'Université de Tokyo (UTokyo) ont lancé un appel à projets conjoint afin de financer des projets de recherche communs pendant 3 ans, y compris le financement de programmes de doctorat. Cet appel est ouvert, mais non limité, aux domaines de l'intelligence artificielle, science quantique, sciences humaines et sociales, changement climatique, biologie moléculaire et cellulaire. L'appel s'adresse aux professeurs, professeurs associés ou personnes de rang supérieur qui supervisent des doctorants.

CNRS – University of Tokyo “Excellence Science” Joint Research Program
The CNRS and the University of Tokyo (UTokyo) have launched a joint call for proposals in order to fund joint research projects for 3 years, including funding for PhD programs. This call is open to, but not limited to, the following areas: artificial intelligence, quantum science, humanities and social sciences, climate change, molecular & cell biology. The call is eligible for professors, associate professors or higher ranks who are supervising PhD candidates.

Lancement d'un appel à projets franco-allemand de R&D appliquée et innovation
La France et l'Allemagne soutiennent l'émergence de partenariats bilatéraux pour des projets qui concernent l’application de technologies d'intelligence artificielle pour la prévention des risques, la gestion des crises et la résilience, à hauteur de 10 millions d'euros pour les trois prochaines années. L'objectif de cet appel est de renforcer la souveraineté économique de l'Europe et de rendre les économies plus résilientes, notamment face aux crises.

Launch of a call for Franco-German R&D and innovation projects
France and Germany are supporting the emergence of bilateral partnerships for projects involving the application of artificial intelligence technologies for risk prevention, crisis management and resilience, to the tune of 10 million euros over the next three years. The objective of this call for projects is to strengthen Europe's economic sovereignty and make economies more resilient, especially in the face of crises.

Le programme JST-CREST encourage la collaboration franco-japonaise en matière de recherche scientifique et finance des projets de recherche conjoints menés par des partenaires japonais et français sur l'un des deux domaines de recherche. Pour les projets de recherche conjoints sélectionnés, JST (CREST) financera les groupes de recherche japonais et l'ANR financera les groupes de recherche français conformément aux règlements et politiques applicables à chaque agence.

ANR – JST CREST joint call “Nanomechanics”, “Mathematical Information Platform” and “Trusted Quality AI systems”
The JST-CREST program aims to foster Japanese-French collaboration in scientific research and to fund joint research projects conducted by Japanese and French partners on one of two research areas. For selected joint research projects, JST(CREST) will fund Japanese research groups and ANR will fund French research groups in accordance with the regulations and policies applicable to each agency.

Appel à candidatures des bourses de doctorat France- Egypte
L’Ambassade de France – Institut Français d’Égypte (IFE) et l’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) proposent un programme de bourses de courts séjours scientifiques en France au bénéfice de jeunes chercheurs égyptiens (bourses doctorales) inscrits en thèse dans les universités publiques et privées et les centres de recherche égyptiens membres de l’AUF. Chaque bourse sera attribuée pour une durée de 12 mois durant un maximum de trois ans de thèse, à raison de 4 à 6 mois par an. Les lauréats sont fortement encouragés à effectuer leur thèse en cotutelle. Tous les domaines d’étude sont concernés.

Call for applications for France-Egypt PhD scholarships
The Embassy of France in Cairo - French Institute of Egypt (IFE) and the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) propose a program of scholarships for short scientific stays in France for the benefit of young Egyptian researchers (PhD scholarships) registered in thesis in an Egyptian public or private university member of the AUF network. Each scholarship will be awarded for a duration of 12 months distributed across up to 3 years of thesis, at a rate of 4 to 6 months per year. The laureates are strongly encouraged to carry out their thesis in cotutelle. All fields are eligible.

MOPGA 4: Programme de bourses de séjour de recherche jeunes chercheurs
Le ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères (MEAE) en partenariat avec le ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l'Innovation (MESRI) met en place un programme d'accueil de jeunes chercheurs souhaitant mener leurs recherches en France dans le cadre d'une approche " One Health " (approche intégrée de la santé humaine, animale et des écosystèmes à l'échelle locale, nationale et mondiale). 40 bourses seront proposées pour une période de 12 mois à partir de janvier 2022. Toutes les nationalités sont éligibles sauf la nationalité française.

Funding of research stay grants for young researchers MOPGA 4
The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) is setting up a program to welcome young researchers wishing to carry out their research in France as part of a "One Health" approach (an integrated approach to human, animal and ecosystem health at local, national and global scales). 40 scholarships will be offered for a 12-month period beginning in January 2022. All nationalities are eligible except French nationals.
