Solène Baffi est docteure en géographie, spécialiste des questions de transport et de mobilité. Elle est passionnée par les questions de mobilité, de développement international, et aujourd'hui en poste au sein de l'ONG Codatu. Dans la première partie de notre entretien, elle partage son parcours et quelques conseils pour les doctorants. Dans la deuxième partie, elle nous parle de son expérience en Afrique du Sud et de l’impact que cette mobilité a eu sur son parcours.

Le programme de bourses PASIFIC pour la recherche en Pologne
Le programme de bourses PASIFIC permet à des chercheurs de toutes les nationalités et de toutes les disciplines scientifiques d'établir leur indépendance scientifique et de mener des recherches novatrices en Pologne. Pendant deux ans, les boursiers seront accueillis dans l'un des instituts de l'Académie polonaise des sciences (PAN) et pourront choisir leur directeur de recherche, l'institut d'accueil ainsi que les organismes de détachement les mieux adaptés à leurs recherches et à l'évolution de leur carrière.

The PASIFIC Fellowship Program for research in Poland
The PASIFIC Fellowship Program enables scholars of all nationalities and across all scientific disciplines to establish their scientific independence and conduct ground-breaking research in Poland. For two years, the fellows will be hosted at one of the institutes within the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and can choose their research supervisor, host institute as well as secondment organizations best suited for their research and career development.

Le partenariat franco-algérien Hubert Curien (PHC) Tassili apporte un soutien à des projets de recherche conjoints sur une durée de 3 ans. Algerian-French Cooperation Program Tassili 2021
The Hubert Curien Algerian-French partnership Tassili provides support for joint research projects over a period of 3 years. Le Centre français de recherche en sciences sociales (CEFRES) offre des bourses d'un an aux doctorants de 2e année et plus inscrits dans une université en France, en Hongrie, en Pologne, en Slovaquie ou en République tchèque. Les travaux de recherche des boursiers doivent contribuer à l'un des domaines de recherche du CEFRES. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est obligatoire, la connaissance du français est appréciée. Les doctorants sélectionnés rejoindront l'équipe du CEFRES et participeront à la vie scientifique du centre.

2021 Young Researcher Fellowships at CEFRES (France & Visegrad Countries)
The French Center for Research in Social Sciences (CEFRES) is offering year-long fellowships to PhD candidates in their 2nd-year and above enrolled in a university in France, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. Fellows‘ research should contribute to one of CEFRES’s research areas. Having good English language skills is mandatory, French language skills are appreciated. The selected PhD fellows will join the CEFRES team and take part in the center’s scientific life.

Le FNSNF permet aux scientifiques de réaliser des projets sous leur propre responsabilité sur des thèmes et des objectifs de recherche de leur choix. Les requérant-e-s peuvent demander des subsides pour les salaires de collaboratrices et collaborateurs, des frais de recherche et des moyens pour la coopération scientifique, le réseautage et la communication. Les subsides sont alloués pour 1 à 4 ans.

Swiss National Science Foundation Project Funding
The Swiss National Science Foundation enables researchers to independently conduct research projects with topics and goals of their own choice. Applicants can apply for funding of research costs and staff salaries, as well as of scientific cooperation, networking, and communication.
