We are closely following the development of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) and would like to give you an overview of the measures we have taken.
Our Organisation
- We have tightened all hygiene regulations and apply them on a daily basis.
- Our IT infrastructure is designed to allow our staff to work from outside the company. Some of our employees have been using this possibility for some time.
- Our services including technical maintenance and support are guaranteed. This obviously also includes the technical service outside opening hours.
- We are in very close contact with our suppliers. All necessary materials are at our disposal.
- Our administrative offices will reduce the hours for handling your calls, but our staff will continue to answer you from 9 am to 12 pm, MO, TU, TH, FR.
Our security advices
In this period of uncertainty, unfortunately there are always and still ill-intentioned opportunists. Your safety & security remains a priority.
- Scams: watch out for fake disinfection companies against coronavirus and other tips of all kinds to break into your home. They're thieves, don't let them in! If this happens to you, call the police via the emergency number 117.
- Burglary in companies: many companies have put a brake on their activities…which leaves room for thieves.
- Do not forget to update your customer data concerning the confirmation calls in the event of an alarm. With what is happening to us, it is quick to forget that the people who are on their lists may not be as easily reachable (download customer data form)
- We will continue to contact you to schedule appointments for battery services at your facilities. It is important that your alarm systems continue to be 100% operational.
