Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Two weeks ago I arrived in Australia in order to assume the exciting position of Israel's Trade Commissioner in Australia. After 8 years of service in various positions in the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Israel - the last one of them as Director of the Economic Department in The Foreign Trade Administration - I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to actively promote the trade relations between Israel and Australia. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Shai Zarivatch, the former Trade Commissioner for his meaningful contribution to the development of the trade relations between the two countries.
In 2021, the trade relations between Israel and Australia amounted to nearly AUD 1.5b , with countless business and technological collaborations in various sectors: cyber, fintech, agriculture technologies, consumer goods and many more. Still, as both our countries have vibrant, open and tech-driven economies, the full potential is yet to be fulfilled.
Our mission here at the Israel Trade Commission, with our dedicated team, is to connect Israeli and Australian companies, businesses and people to interact in business initiatives and activities in order to fulfil the untapped potential and to assist in forming business opportunities between our communities.

Transmit Security, as a company, is one of Israel’s latest cyber success stories, closing out on a successful second year in Australia. They are an identity experience company dedicated to eliminating passwords and using enhanced security measures to create improved digital experiences.
Transmit's software is called BindID - a “passwordless” authentication service that enables customers to securely navigate across all channels from any trusted device without ever using a password. BindID creates a single customer identity and binds that identity across channels, facilitating secure cross-channel access and “passwordless” multifactor authentication. In simple terms - your face or fingerprint is your password, combined with your email address and geo-location.
Their technology is now extending to risk mitigation and uncovering fraudulent logins. Reach out for a demo. |

Modeany | Frequency Patch Technology
Modeany develop patches that use biophysical technology to remedy specific bodily ailments.
Each product contains a formula of frequencies that correspond to those that exist naturally in the human body. Modeany has developed a range of patches. Their categories include Stress and Anxiety, ADHD/ADD, Sleep, Strength, Detox and Fibromyalgia.
Modeany are seeking distributors and potential buyers within the Australian market.

Glassix | Communication Platform for Contact Centers
Glassix is a visual, omni-channel, interactive communication platform for support and sales contact centers. The all-in-one SaaS platform enables customers to reach the contact center from their preferred communication channel (e.g. Facebook, email, website chat, or SMS).
Glassix’s online visual tool supports images and video, enabling users to identify problems on-site, instruct customers visually, and reduce ticket-handling time and on-site visits. Glassix also offers digital document signing and sharing.
They are currently seeking integrator partners in Australia and New Zealand.

Ventree | Air Purification Solutions
Ventree develop indoor air purification devices that remove harmful toxins from the air and neutralize air contaminants. Their solution is biological based, harnessing the power of plant life to revolutionise the way that the air is purified. Ventree replaces a common household pot plant, with an air purifier pot and plant – promoting a more functional living space.
Ventree’s systems also feature a UVC lamp, which neutralizes toxins. The system sucks air from a room, processes it through its filters, and returns it to the room, purified.
Ventree are seeking partners in Australia, to assist in the production and distribution of their product.

UET | Water Treatment Technology
UET (Universal Environmental Technologies) is an engineering and manufacturing company, specialising in the treatment of water without chemical additives.
UET uses the natural attributes of water to correct a variety of industrial water issues, such as scaling, corrosion, heavy metals build-up, bio-contamination and brackish water treatment.
UET works with major industrial companies across multiple sectors worldwide, including Siemens, Soda Stream and Unilever. They currently have installed over 4,000 units worldwide, and hold 8 patents as recognised by the USA-EPA and ANAB.
UET are looking to work with businesses that require sustainable water treatment systems.
