In Q4 of 2020, as the world continued to fight through the coronavirus pandemic, the advanced industries were a key factor in our striving for normality.

During this quarter, IATI had kept pushing towards the benefit of the high-tech and Biomed industries in Israel.

Some of our goals were new, as the advanced industries had to figure out how to keep their responsibility as the driving force of the Israeli economy - especially under the new conditions caused by the crisis.

But we were still pushing towards the goals which IATI had always believed in: Employing more diverse populations within the high-tech industries; improving the conditions and benefits of the human resource; and promoting collaborations and cooperations of the industries with external factors in Israel - and all around the world.

In Q1 of 2021, IATI is going to utilize the experience, knowledge and connections accumulated during the past year, to push even futher in completing our goals and conquering new fronts for the good of the advanced industries.
We Welcome Our 29 NEW Members for Q4!

A survey we had conducted among tech companies in Israel shows that most of them allow working from home. These companies plan to promote remote work even after the end of the Coronavirus crisis.
Remote work is beneficial for goals we at IATI keep pushing towards, such as increasing the number of potential employees and the employment of populations living in the periphery.
However, the survey also reflects upon the negative aspect of this trend, as the current remote work model fails to motivate remote work employees.
