The firm's management established an internal emergency response team which is continuously monitoring the readiness and availability of the firm's staff to serve our clients, in any situation dictated by the Israeli Government's decisions.
In this capacity, the firm's management decided on a series of steps to ensure uninterrupted service and protect the health of the firm's staff and clients and to enable us to deliver seamless services throughout this challenging period.
Among the steps are:
- Remote work policy - Our firm has had an effective remote work policy for years, which has been significantly enhanced as of this week (starting 15.3.2020). Among other steps, we have boosted our remote networks and strengthened our technical support team. The work of our legal teams will continue without interruption and we will continue to maintain full availability for our clients, as always.
- Alternatives to face-to-face meetings - The firm is fully equipped with efficient technological tools for holding teleconference or video conference meetings as an alternative to face-to-face meetings, for clients interested in these alternatives.
- Continuous assistance regarding submission of documents, court files, reports, etc. - We are prepared with the appropriate technological solutions to continue to submit all types of court and agency filings and reports related to our clients' activity.
- Steps to ensure a safe working environment for firm staff and clients - We strictly adhere to the Israeli government's guidelines in relation to the prevention of large gatherings, including maintaining "social distance", maintaining a sanitary work environment, and minimizing the use of public transport by staff members.
