We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new partners in our Firm, Adv. CPA Moti Saban, of our Taxation Practice Group and Adv. Avner Itzhaki, of our M&A Practice Group.

Adv. CPA Moti Saban - arrived at our firm to do his internship after having worked for several years at Somekh Chaikin. An expert in tax issues, Moti accompanies and represents clients in an array of tax matters, including those pertaining to personal and family wealth management, local and international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), assessment procedures and representation before the Israeli courts.

Adv. Avner Itzhaki - began his professional career with our firm as an intern in the Corporate Practice Group.
Avner accompanies and represents local and foreign companies and is a specialist in international transactions, with focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance and investment transactions.
