Shalom,

We are happy and excited to share with you a new knowledge review from Sheatufim, which deals with a topic that has been at the heart of our work in recent years: Multi-Sector Collaborative Action. A chance to expand your knowledge in the worlds of collaborative processes, and better understand the connections between the public sector, the social sector and the business sector.

Next month we will also hold a unique applied workshop based on the contents of the review - more details and a link to register here below.

Another glimpse into our current activities - in a fascinating episode of the Geekonomy Podcast, featuring Shlomo Dushi, CEO of Sheatufim in a conversation about complex social problems and our journey to solve them.

Enjoy,
Sheatufim Team

Multi-Sectoral Collaborative Action: trends and principles of action

The social, political, and technological changes that have taken place in recent decades have been accompanied by changes in the traditional roles of the state, the business sector, and civil society. These have enabled the growth of a diverse range of collaborations between the three sectors, leading to a new perception and a need for multi-sectoral collaborative action.

Our new review examines the multi-sectoral encounter, its development and significance at this time, and presents our insights as a Backbone Organization.

The first part of the review examines each of the three sectors, its unique roles and characteristics, and the trends that led it to multi-sectoral action.

The second part of the review examines the characteristics of multi-sectoral action in its various aspects, from bi-sectoral partnerships to tri-sectoral models aimed at creating a collaborative social impact and systemic change.

The third part presents Sheatufim’s perspective on multi-sectoral collaborative action, based on our experience in recent years in Sheatufim in leading Collective Impact Initiatives and public participation processes in government ministries.
