2021 was a significant and fascinating year. As a Home for Collective Impact, we have led and launched three cross-sectoral initiatives: the TOP15 initiative to promote excellence in science and technology education, a new initiative that deals with reducing intimate partner violence and another new initiative in the field of quality of life and loneliness in old age.
Also this year, we closed a wide-ranging chapter of 13 years in which we accompanied the government ministries in Israel in a variety of public participation processes.
During these years we have helped the government integrate the voice of civil society, philanthropy, academia, the business sector and the community into decision-making processes. Together we promoted legislation, changed government decisions, and helped promote a culture of public participation in government work.

During our work, we have developed and perfected unique practices and tools that have helped us and our government partners to implement accurate and effective processes. Now, at the end of this chapter, we have put together these tools in the full toolbox for participation processes.
The toolbox is designed to help anyone practicing public participation to do so in a professional and optimal manner. The tools provide a conceptual framework, and they can be modified and tailored to fit any target audiences, goals and objectives.
