Shalom,

What are “complex problems”? What exactly is “system change”? And what is the role of a Backbone Organization?

As in any evolving discipline, the world of Collaborative Processes has its own language, and unique terms which need to be mastered by anyone who wants to lead such processes.

We are excited and pleased to share the new Knowledge Map for Collaborative Processes!

The map is built as a conceptual wheel with three levels, containing 32 concepts and terms from the professional world in which we operate.

You will find terms such as: collective impact; trust building; complex social problems; collaborative action; cross-sector action, and more. Placing your cursor on each term will open a link which goes into greater detail. Clicking on a term will lead you to additional related concepts. Please feel free to browse, read, learn and ... take action!
