With a comprehensive grasp of science and technology, Yehuda has successfully litigated a wide range of IP cases, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how and copyrights, both in civil actions before the courts, as well as in opposition proceedings in the patent and trademark office. He also provided legal consultation in Patent Post-Issuance proceedings conducted by the U.S Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
 
Throughout his career, Yehuda advocated on behalf of multinational and Israeli clients in the pharmaceutical, hi-tech, life sciences, telecommunications and consumer products industries, among others, in complex local and international proceedings. In addition, Yehuda provides counsel on various IP matters, including intellectual property protection, enforcement strategy, risk evaluation, open source matters, investment due diligence and product clearance.
 
Mr. Neubauer is also the head of the Trademark and Design Department of the Ehrlich Group. Yehuda has extensive experience in in handling trademark and design portfolios throughout the world. He also provides legal consultation on business and legal strategies relating to the processes of naming and branding.
